Lack of sperm in the semen.

It means there is no sperm in a man's ejaculation it cause include a blockage a long the reproductive track .

Azoospermia is the medical condition of a sperm in his semen it associated with infertility.

eg/ Hormonal problems, issues with testicular function, ejaculation problems.

It is a condition  where there is no sperm found in the ejaculation after orgasm .

IT IS DIVIDED INTO THREE,

  1. PRE TESTICULAR AZOOSPERMIA.
  2. POST TESTICULAR AZOOSPERMIA.
  3. TESTICULAR AZOOSPERMIA.

  • Pre testicular azoospermia means it is caused by the impaired production of hormones responsibilities for creating sperm issues related to the hormonal problems to the pituitary glands.
  • Post testicular is caused by the problems which ejaculation due to an obstruction of some sort in the reproductive tract.

When the sperm cant get into the semen.
When semen and sperm fall back into the bladder instead of going out the urethra during               ejaculation.
          eg/RE Retrograde ejaculation.
  • *Testicular azoospermia is caused by any abnormalities in the function in this cause
  • *The testes may not be responding to hormones.
eg/Testicular azoospermia would be in a case of primary testicular failure.
